Acendas Vacations service plans are based on trip requirements and/or trip length. Our comprehensive service plan structure ranges from $25-$100 per traveler* and will include an Initial Complimentary Private Consultation to discuss your travel desires. Once you are ready to get started, your service plan will include (but not be limited to) the following:
Advice and Collaboration
- Research of cruises, vacation packages and/or resorts based your preferences
- Reviewing availability and pricing and present up to 3 options
- Providing side by side cruise comparisons
- Providing access to our comprehensive digital travel guides
- Ongoing communication with your Acendas Advisor while YOUR trip is crafted specifically for you
Attention to Detail
- Securing of all reservations for your requested cruise, tour, or resort reservations**
- Monitoring of deadlines and payment dates for all components of your trip
- Travel tips and suggestions to make your trip a success
- Continued monitoring of cruise price reductions after your booking has been made
- Planning and reserving pre and post cruise/tour extensions
- Assistance with excursions and dining reservations where possible
- Electronic documentation via our Pocket Travel smart phone App
- Emergency Assistance while traveling
Safety and Assurance
- Assistance with changes that may be required along the way***
- Documentation of all change/cancellations policies and terms and conditions
- Advice and booking of Travel Insurance to protect your investment
- Continued monitoring of changes that may impact your vacation including our Traveler Tracking and Alert System to avoid travel disruptions along the way
- Notification of new safety protocols and monitoring of destination travel restrictions
- Multiple channel communication with your Acendas Vacations Advisor

- *The cost of the service plan is to be paid at the time of the initial consultation and is non-refundable.
- **Reservations and ticketing for air that is booked outside of a travel package is subject to additional fees. Please consult your advisor.
- ***Change requests beyond the first request are typically charged at $50 per booking and are subject to supplier fees, if applicable
