Our travel agency services help travelers get to their destinations with confidence. We provide quality control measures that ensure correct execution for airline ticketing, auto rental, and hotel reservations. When we book the trip, the traveler will receive an alert, ensuring they know any restrictions, guidelines, and other relevant travel information. Because information can change, we send another alert 72 hours before their departure to provide our travelers with the latest information. Our Enroute service is then handed over to Acendas Mission Control, where we monitor travelers’ flights.
Our proactive communications service is for travelers who have flights canceled or delayed. In these instances, ReRoute sends the traveler a text alert. The text includes a link showing options for flight alternatives for rebooking on the same carrier or a different one. Additionally, the traveler can communicate directly with an agent by text. After travelers return home, we contract them to survey their trip experience. We collect feedback on our services and those of other providers (i.e., airlines, hotels, rental cars, etc.). The information helps us address shortcomings with those providers and the client’s program/policy.
