- Joined Acendas Travel in 1997 as the chief operating officer and became Acendas’ Co-Owner and Co-President in 2001.
- Blake’s primary responsibilities as President is the company’s overall strategic direction and the financial accountability of Acendas Travel.
- Brent has been involved in the corporate travel business for over 35 years and has held positions of Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer with three separate travel companies.
- He is on the Executive Board of the Travel Council, a consortium of travel companies in the United States.
- Under his leadership, the Kansas City Business Journal has recognized Acendas Travel as a Champion of Business in 2008, 2020, and 2022, thus qualifying it for membership in the Hall of Champions.
