Tripsource Mobile App

Coming April 1, 2025 and developed by Acendas Travel parent company BCD Travel, Tripsource delivers real-time, worldwide flight information regarding cancellations, gate changes, and delays to the traveler’s smart phone, email, and app push notifications. This level of visibility enhances recovery options from travel interruption, gate changes, optimizes effectiveness, and helps define the overall value of a managed travel program. It delivers a customizable section for your company to include important company policies and procedures and a function for optimal crisis management. Travelers also have the ability to download invoices and check-in directly with over 79 major airlines.

Mission Control ReRoute

Our proactive communications service is for travelers who have flights canceled or delayed. In these instances, ReRoute sends the traveler a text alert. The text includes a link showing options for flight alternatives for rebooking on the same carrier or a different one. Additionally, the traveler can communicate directly with an agent by text. They can also make a direct call or request a callback. This feature gives travelers help right on the spot.

After travelers return home, we contract them to survey their trip experience. We collect feedback on our services and those of other providers (i.e., airlines, hotels, rental cars, etc.). The information helps us address shortcomings with those providers and the client’s program/policy. So we can best meet your company’s and travelers’ needs, all preferences and input we learn go into developing or adjusting your travel program.
